We will be back on the field the week commencing Monday 12th August and the training schedule for the fall is as follows.

Monday and Wednesday
5.00pm-6.30pm 2001 Boys

 Goalkeepers will practice on Tuesday evenings at Finlayson from 5.00pm to 6.30pm after Labour Day.

The week of Monday 26th August we will be hosting a full day camp for Wave players. The camp will start at 9am and finish at 4pm and will take place at PISE and Layritz, and will finish on Thursday. There will be three field sessions each day and we will have guest presenters covering the following topics: Nutrition, sports psych and running efficiently, we will also have a physical testing session for the players during that week. There is no cost for the camp but players will need to bring snacks and a lunch each day along with water.

During this week of camp we will not train in the evening.
